Two projects for Merseycare NHS Trust focused on enhancing the environment at their mental health hospitals. Ulticolour asphalt was used to upgrade footpaths and access roads, improving both functionality and aesthetics.

The key challenge was minimising disruption to hospital operations while ensuring safety and accessibility. Ulticolour’s durability was essential to withstand heavy foot and vehicle traffic, contributing to a calming, therapeutic atmosphere.
